On my side of the family, the boy's have always ended up with the cute curls in their hair, but keep it cut short enough that you can't tell. I wish I could just trade my stick straight hair with them! Filson's seems to be following that trend, and I love the way he has 2 big curls that pop up over each ear. You can't really tell from the picture, but somedays the back side is full of little ringlets. I believe this picture of my dad was taken when he was about 2. Filson still has a way to go, and needs to start growing some hair in on top, but I am hoping he will someday have a head of curls like his Grandpa.

Oh, my gosh!!! What cute pics!! I also hope that Filson inherits Grandpa's hair!! Have never seen the baby pics of Steve b/4! He could of won a baby contest! I think that Filson has the potential!
Oh my goodness!!!! I love the picture of Rosie's curls!!! I'm sure you haven't received this weeks's MA paper yet, but the county fair is this week---I wish we could of entered P & F in the baby contest--they would of won all categories for sure!!! :)

Filson's little curls are great! I just cut D's off a couple weeks ago...then immediately started growing them back out:) I miss his curls so much. We just figured the curls would go away when we cut his hair, but it looks like they are here to stay.
And eating sand was one of D's favorite things for a long time. I had to stop going to the beach b/c it was out of control. Luckily, he outgrew it.
