Anna Leigh & Vada came down Tuesday afternoon & spent two nights with us. It was so fun to have Vada around & watch the kids interact with each other. Filson loves having her here & likes to show her his toys, but also likes to get bossy & grab things away from her! He has one year on her, but before long she'll be toughened up & won't put up with the Big Bully anymore! They had a lot of fun running around & playing lots of peek-a-boo together. Tuesday night we went out for pizza & went to an outdoor concert until our tired little ones gave out on us. Yesterday we played at Fit for Fun & went downtown for a little while. By the time we were ready for lunch, all 3 were worn out & ready to be anywhere but strapped into their car seats. The following video was the sweet serenade we had while we waited on our take-out order. We couldn't help but laugh & wish John & Patrick were there to see it. Next time we hear about how "cushy" our SAHM job is, I'll replay this one for them : )

poor babies crying in the back seat!! What child abuse:)I think Ian was the loudest! Vada sure is a smiler for the camera! I bet Filson loved having someone to boss around! That oldest child. What will we do with them!
Sounds like Ian was the leader of that band! Oh how I remember those days! Don't worry they go by too fast! Wait until they can backtalk you! You will be wishing all they did was cry! Hang in there!
OMGoodness, the crying video is hysterical!!!!! Stella had to come watch it, too! :) The Fit for Fun place looks like a blast!
Sorry, Britt, but I'm still laughing my head off about the video!! I agree, I think Ian had the "voice"! But that's just because little ones still have a high pitched cry. I'm the first to admit that SAHM's have the toughest jobs in the world. Cool that you guys could get together! Know it breaks up both of your weeks. Looks like Filson and V had a great time together!
What a nice visit for all of you! The crying video is priceless! I had to laugh when Vada stopped for a second and looked at Ian as if to say "why are you crying?"!!
