Just Hanging at the House

The boys & I haven't ventured far from home this week as both of them are trying to kick nasty colds & we're all trying to catch up on some rest! The time-change thing doesn't go over well with small children. I don't believe Filson 'got the memo' that said he was actually supposed to get an EXTRA hour of sleep this week. Today was the first morning he slept past 6am, so maybe he's getting the hang of it. Both boys have been very congested & up often in the night for a few days now, so hopefully by the weekend we'll all be back on track.
I took Ian to the Dr. today for his 4 mth check-up & he is doing great. Since he is sick, she didn't want to give him any vaccines, so it was a pretty easy visit. Right now he's a tall, skinny little thing tipping the scales at 15lbs (25%) & measuring 26.5" (80%).

Playing in their room Monday with their tired eyes!
Filson is in that picture-taking stage where it's either cheesy smile or eyes open, but you don't get them both at the same time!
Little Blue Eyes
Filson in his own little world with his Matchbox trucks, I think he would be content doing this for days if we didn't make him come inside to eat & sleep
Cooper, our personal bodyguard
Filson has moved on up to the real deal & happily given up the Hippo seat for his little bro
I'm a big boy now!

Hope this finds the boys doing better. I agree, the time change is not good for little ones! But I sure enjoyed it!! I don't think Ian is skinny at all - surprised he's at 25%! For I think he's pretty chubby! Ian looks so grown up in his hippo seat! And Filson is in his own little world with the matchbox cars!
