Filson spent time at Giggles (drop-in daycare), then hit the public library for story hour & we finished it off meeting friends for lunch at Chuck E Cheese this morning. So if there are any bugs out there, I'm sure we've brought home a few! Hopefully he's building up a strong immune system! I only remember him being at CEC once before, almost one year ago for a birthday party. It must have left an impression on him, because it is all he could talk about this morning. I'm not sure why he likes it so much, as half the games are too tall for him. He loves the motorcycle ride, regardless of whether there are tokens in it or not. At one point he threw his arms in the air & yelled "Yeah, I won" with no money in the machine. I wonder how long we can get by with that?!?
He's had quite an eventful week as we were lucky enough to have Vada spend the day with us on Tuesday. They again played great together & were able to get out in the yard and take in the warm weather. Now we are looking forward to his cousins coming in for the weekend! We just hope this rain moves on so we can get back to playing outside.
