Filson, Donna, Ian, Anna Leigh, Vada
The weather was beautiful this weekend & I think we're all ready to put winter behind us. We went to Cashwell Farm on Friday & picked up blueberry bushes. Both boys LOVE blueberries, so we hope we get enough to keep them satisfied this year! The boys also saw a lot of chickens, geese, dogs & a pot-bellied pig on the farm, so it was an entertaining trip. While John planted Sat afternoon, the boys & I went to a friends 2nd birthday party at Fit for Fun. Ian is finally big enough to get down & play with the other kids, so they both were worn out by the end of the day.
Yesterday we road tripped down to Ocean Isle to meet up with Jay, Donna, Anna Leigh & Vada. John got to spend his day golfing with Jay & us three girls spent our day running our mouths, so I think it was perfect for everyone!!! Patrick made it down from Raleigh in the afternoon, so we were excited to get to see him as well. We had so much fun & Vada & Filson played great together. Both boys were asleep for the night before we even crossed over the bridge to head home. I was lazy & let Anna Leigh take most of the pictures, so will have to steal them off her blog when she gets them up. I'm sure she'll have some free time to post pics since she & Patrick get to head back to Raleigh for some child-free days......lucky girl!!! Thanks to the Watson crew for such a fun day at the beach!!

Sounds like a fun weekend! I hope your blueberry bushes thrive! :) we are putting in a strawberry patch this year, I hope it does well!

What a fun day, Britt!! J totally enjoyed golfing with John and I had such a great time catching up with everything with you!! Filson was great playing with V. And Ian just keeps getting cuter and cuter!!
