On all Fours

Egg hunt during Toddler Tunes on Monday morning
That's a lot of candy for this guy's little tummy!
Our Farmer's Market opened yesterday & the boys & I checked it out & played at the playground with some friends. I then drove them downtown to meet John for lunch & we toured The Peacemaker, a tall ship that pulled into Wilmington for 2 weeks. It was so warm & the Azalea Festival was kicking off last night, so there was a lot of activity by the river. As we drove out of town we saw some of the belles all dressed up in their gowns & preparing for the events.

Up until now, I have been fortunate that the boys usually fall asleep easily & nap at the same time. However, for the 2nd time this week I have put them both down, only to hear giggling coming out of the monitor moments later. It appears Filson sits at the end of his bed & makes silly faces & baby talk to get his brother to laugh. Today I busted in with the camera & caught them in the act.
Looks like they are up to no good!
Ian finally made it up on all fours Friday & can now crawl around like a pro. He's already aware of all the places he shouldn't be & will race over to the stereo & just turn & grin, daring me to tell him "no"!

So great that Ian is crawling! Much busier for you, too! I love the story about the boys at nap time...they have such sweet smiles on their faces in the pic that you took! And the ships in your pics are beautiful...what a neat thing for the boys to experience!

loved the video of Ian crawling. I bet Filson will keep track of him more now, possibly getting into his things! Looks like Filson did great at the egg hunt.

My gosh, the clip of Ian crawling is adorable!!! He is sure growing up. And love the pic of you "busting" them at nap time!! I would love to see your Azalea Festival sometime - has to be beautiful!
