We left Monday & spent the week in Virginia with John. We were all over the place, spending nights in Virginia Beach, Charlottesville, Winchester and finally to Fairfax for John's cousin's wedding. The week went very well & Filson was a good traveler. He & I would spend the days walking around exploring new places & meeting up with John at night. We spent 2 days in Charlottesville, home to Univ of Virginia, so he ran around the campus a bit & let off some energy. We also caught storytime at their B & N Thursday morning where they had a special visit from the Backyardigan's (a Nickelodeon show). Filson was very into it & sat still through the entire hour! He is really into bubbles right now, so was fascinated with a bar that had a machine on the roof with a constant flow of bubbles into the street.

What a fun week! How nice that Filson is such a good traveler...I am sure all of the new environments were so much fun for Filson to explore! Caden would be SO jealous to know that you were able to see the Backyardigans...they are his favorite characters!
We were visiting the farm this past weekend and Kinsie and I ran in to your mom at the Tingley Cafe! It was so nice to see her and Kinsie went right to her and let her hold her!

Neat that you and Filson got to spend the week with Filson. Sounds like fun to explore the areas while John was busy during the daytime. Filson is getting quite an education.
